As an Admin Staff (Auto Care), you will play a key role in managing workshop administration, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded, and supporting daily operations to deliver excellent service to customers.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMK/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role (automotive/workshop experience preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willing to work in shifts following mall operational hours (10 AM – 10 PM).
Responsibilities
- Handle customer payments (cash & non-cash) and ensure accurate recording.
- Prepare and manage administrative documents such as SPK, invoices, and reports.
- Input daily service data and maintain proper documentation.
- Manage service bookings and monitor vehicle workflow.
- Generate operational reports including revenue, service activity, and cash flow.
