As an Operations Manager (Automotive), you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operational performance of multiple dealership functions, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and sustainable business growth. You will play a key role in managing day-to-day operations across Sales, Aftersales, Customer Service, and supporting departments while ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
You will work closely with Branch Managers, General Managers, department heads, and cross-functional teams to optimize operational processes, improve productivity, strengthen customer experience, and achieve business targets.
This role requires strong leadership, excellent operational management skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across the organization. Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Automotive, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in automotive operations, dealership management, or business operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Strong understanding of dealership operations, including Sales, Aftersales, Parts, Customer Service, operational planning, and performance management.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams, driving operational improvements, and achieving business targets.
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple operational priorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily dealership operations to ensure efficient, effective, and profitable business performance.
- Monitor operational KPIs across Sales, Aftersales, Parts, and Customer Service while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOP), and principal requirements across all operational activities.
- Coach, develop, and lead operational teams while fostering a high-performance culture focused on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
