QS MEP Specialist

About the Challenge

Do you have strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of cost structure in MEP projects? Are you capable of ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining project quality and compliance?

If you are detail-oriented, structured, and confident in handling cost estimation, tender processes, and negotiations, this role is for you.

As a QS MEP Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing cost planning, tender evaluation, and ensuring all MEP project expenses are controlled, efficient, and aligned with company standards.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) or related field
• Preferably with up to 2 years of experience in QS MEP
• Understand AHSP (Analisa Harga Satuan Pekerjaan) and basic cost estimation
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimation (Owner Estimate) for MEP projects
• Prepare and manage tender documentation
• Evaluate vendor quotations and conduct cost comparison analysis
• Perform negotiation and provide recommendation for vendor selection
• Monitor and control project costs to ensure efficiency and budget alignment
