As a Sales Supervisor – Suzuki, you’ll be responsible for leading the sales team, executing field strategies, and ensuring consistent growth in a fast-moving automotive environment. If you're passionate about sales, leadership, and results, this could be your next big move.

Requirements:

  • Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Able to lead a team and monitor sales performance in a structured, effective way
  • Strong in communication, coordination, and customer approach
  • Result-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
  • Plan and execute field sales strategies and monitor daily performance
  • Coach team members, assist in prospecting, and close key deals
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to seize opportunities
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management for strategic review
