As a participant in the Thamrin Leadership Bootcamp - Administration Head, you will undergo comprehensive training, gain hands-on experience in administrative functions, and be mentored to prepare for a leadership role in our operations team. Requirements

• At least a Diploma (D3) in any field of study.
• Strong interest in operations, administration, and team leadership.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training to understand company administrative systems, compliance requirements, and operational best practices.
• Assist in managing daily administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, reporting, and internal coordination.
• Support the Administration team in improving processes, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with department heads and teams to streamline workflows and implement administrative improvements.
• Gain experience in team management, resource planning, and administrative decision-making to prepare for a supervisory role.
