As an F&B Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day operations, optimizing performance, and leading teams to achieve operational and financial targets across our F&B division.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Hospitality, Business Management, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B operations, with proven experience handling multiple outlets.
Strong operational capability in SOP implementation, service quality, and problem-solving.
Solid understanding of cost control, inventory management, and basic P&L analysis.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily operations across multiple F&B outlets to ensure consistency and service excellence.
Monitor sales performance, operational costs, and customer satisfaction to achieve business targets.
Implement and maintain SOPs for service, kitchen operations, hygiene, and inventory control.
Lead, coach, and develop Outlet Managers and operational teams to build a high-performing culture.
Conduct regular outlet visits, operational reviews, and corrective action plans to improve performance.
