Logistic Manager

As a Logistic Manager (Automotive), you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of units and spareparts from principal to dealers—maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and cost efficiency across the entire distribution process.

This role demands strong operational control, coordination across multiple stakeholders, and the ability to minimize discrepancies and delays. Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in logistics/supply chain, preferably in automotive or distribution business
• Proven experience in managing warehouse, distribution, and transportation operations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills across multiple locations
• High attention to detail with strong control over inventory accuracy and operational processes

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations including inbound, warehouse, and distribution to dealers
• Ensure accuracy of unit and sparepart movement (quantity, type, condition, and documentation)
• Monitor delivery timelines and coordinate with principal, transporter, and dealer to avoid delays
• Control inventory levels, stock accuracy, and warehouse operations efficiency
• Identify operational risks and implement improvements to enhance logistics performance and cost efficiency
