As an Engineering Staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring seamless operations and top-notch guest experiences.
Requirements:
- Minimum SMK Teknik Mesin/Elektro or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in handling engineering tools, HVAC systems, electrical repairs, and plumbing work.
- Good physical condition, able to lift equipment, and committed to safety regulations (K3 certification is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee MEP systems, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Conduct scheduled maintenance and promptly address repair requests from staff and guests.
- Respond quickly to urgent technical issues to prevent disruptions in hotel operations.
- Manage spare parts and equipment while keeping accurate maintenance records.
- Work closely with other departments and follow safety protocols, including proper PPE usage.
