Admin Sales (Hotel)

If you are detail-oriented, responsive, and highly organized, this role is for you. As an Admin Sales, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing documents, maintaining customer databases, and ensuring all administrative processes run efficiently.


Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Administration or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong administrative and documentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize sales documents (contracts, proposals, invoices).
  • Maintain and update customer and guest databases.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and sales activities.
  • Support sales events and client-related activities administratively.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
